This is not a business. It is a mission. Not a mission to make noise. Not to sell consulting packages. But to prove one simple belief: every employee, team lead, or founder can think strategically if they are given the right tools. That is what Azu& is all about.

I did not wake up one day and decide to create a brand. I spent years in rooms filled with strategy decks, dashboards, and consultants — many of which never made it beyond the boardroom. After nearly two decades in strategy and transformation, I realised something was missing. We were building plans, but not always building belief. We were designing frameworks, but not always empowering people.

Strategy, for too long, has been treated like an elite function. Reserved for board members, consultants, or corporate planners. Locked behind jargon, gated by process, and used as a badge rather than a compass. But what if we changed that? What if strategy became accessible? What if it started with questions rather than assumptions?

Because the truth is, strategy belongs to everyone. It belongs to the engineer trying to fix a broken process. The department head navigating five competing demands. The founder rethinking their market. Even the intern observing something no one else sees. They all deserve tools to think clearly, to lead better.

That is why I created Azu& — a small, personal mission to make strategy real. No fluff. No slides-for-the-sake-of-slides. Just movement. Practical tools. Honest conversations. Clear thinking.

Through Azu&, I will be sharing articles like this one alongside with templates and toolkits. I look forward to also share videos that break down strategy in plain language. And in time, public training and TSP "bootcamps" — all grounded in the 7-step framework I call Transformative Strategic Planning (TSP).

It is not about being the smartest. It is about moving forward with clarity. TSP is built to help anyone — regardless of their title — move from “we need change” to “we are finally moving".

The goal is not revenue. It is not clients. It is reach. I want to equip 10,000 people with better tools to lead where they are. If that speaks to you, you are in the right place.

Welcome to Azu&. One name. Infinite ends.
